The following are Roller World's policies that will be strictly enforced in order to uphold the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all our guests who visit. Please make note of our policies prior to entering the premises:

1) Absolutely NO outside food or drinks, including water bottles, are allowed inside unless specified otherwise for a particular session/event. Also, NO gum allowed inside as it gets on our flooring and is very difficult to remove. Our snack bar will be open for your convenience and we now have a special during each session.

2) ALL MINORS must pay admission for ANY open skate session whether they choose to skate or not, UNLESS they are with a parent, or guardian, or any other adult (18+) family member who is also staying and supervising them while they are inside the rink.

3) Minors who come (without adult supervision) must store any large backpacks or bags they bring inside behind the skate counter. We recommend that you leave them at home. All backpacks and large bags that ANY guest carries inside are subject to search, as the staff deems necessary, for the safety and well-being of other guests.

4) Please dress appropriately: No short-shorts, mini-skirts, clothing with vulgar language or graphics on them, and tops that show "too much skin and not enough cloth" are allowed during our open skate sessions. Keep in mind that Roller World is a space that offers entertainment to everyone of all ages, so please consider this when choosing an outfit for an open skate session. Our Thursday Night Adult Skate (21+) and private party rentals, we are more lenient on the dress codes. 

5) ABSOLUTELY NO FIGHTING ALLOWED. You will be banned IMMEDIATELY for no less than 30 days if caught fighting with anyone on our premises, including the property surrounding the exterior of the rink such as the customer parking lot. We will contact the proper authorities, as necessary, to remove your person from our property if caught fighting, loitering, or breaking into any guest's property. We do have interior and exterior surveillance cameras in use at all times.

6) All persons who enter our premises are subject to search by electronic wand, as the staff deems necessary.

7) No vaping, smoking, or any consumption of alcohol allowed inside the premises during any open skate (all ages) session. THIS WILL BE CAUSE FOR AN IMMEDIATE BAN FROM THE RINK if caught doing so. Smoking will never be allowed inside the premises. If minors are caught with vapes, their parent/guardian will be contacted to pick them up for the first offense and, if brought in again, the minor will be banned for no less than 30 days. 

8) NO USE of any of our outlets for charging personal electronic devices! If caught, you will be asked to leave the premises for the first offense and, if you do it again at another session, you will be banned for no less than 30 days. We will also not be charging phones behind the skate counter anymore. PLEASE CHARGE YOUR CELLPHONES BEFORE YOU GO TO THE RINK.

9) NO toys, use of phones while skating, or any food or drink allowed on the rink floor at any time. Also, please make sure you read all signs within the rink to keep food and drinks where they belong. No stopping on rink floor to drink or eat over. Please exit the floor if you want to eat or drink something. 

 

Please read and be aware of these rules so that every guest can enjoy their time while visiting Roller World in Clovis, NM. We do not discriminate against any race, religion, or practices of any of our guests and the above rules apply to everyone who visits our rink.
